I dont know what happened its not an f1 issue. i cant change my skin and for some reason the one i have its left arm is completely gone. i cant see other players left arms either.... any of this ever happen to you guys?

Maybe take Steve to the doctor. That sound serious.
I'm aware of this bug being around when using the shaders mod, so if you do happen to use that, this may be why. If not, then like casamify said, reinstall minecraft.

Try Options > Skin Customisation, and then see if left arm is disabled for some reason. However, I do not believe that this affects what you see of other players' skins.
if you're playing 1.8 it might me a 1.7 down skin your playing with. if your playing 1.7 it might be a 1.8 skin your playing with

Lag doesn't stop rendering of player models, and transparencies result in a black texture.
What version are you using? Also do you have any mods like optifine installed?
