CANT SET UP SERVER!!!

Hi! I port fowarded and ran a bukkit server on my other PC that runs Windows Vista home premium. I got a new 800.00$ new computer that Im using at this moment and can't run a server on this computer. I need help! I have hamachi. And Teamviewer. My skype is johnnyz1480. Thanks for everything! I really need help! I'd like to run 1.4 I dont need to run bukkit. Just a server I can manage. Thanks
