Try searching through the server list until you can find it. Then ask to be whtielisted.

I cant seem to find it via the IP, it is possible it was taken down and is now just a private whitelisted server. Perhaps you should just search for a new one

sorry its cuz im sad i lost that server.... and ive tried to look for his name but no... it has numbers i dont remember

If the admin/owner of the server has pmc or forums account try and find him and then message him asking to be whitelisted..
