Hello! As the title says, I just seen in the trailer of an upcoming roleplay server some sort of wardrobe system, first you have to buy the outfit and then you can set your skin but the head doesn't change, only the body legs and arms. Is it somehow a function of Minecraft?
I know you all might think of the option that it automatically sets the player head as 'Player Head' item but it doesn't look like it. It somehow combines his head and the other outfits he has in the wardrobe.

With the possible exception of retexturing armor, what you seem to be asking is not possible in vanilla. It must be a mod
