Changing my server photo

So, I'm guessing that everyone knows that server icon that pops up on the side of the server. Well, I can't figure out how to change mine. I'm on a Mac, running my server from the Terminal application (Linux). If anyone could help me or give me suggestions, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
