Chargeable Bow Colors
Recently, I tried to find a resource pack that makes it so that whenever a bow is charged, it would change colors depending on how long it was charged. I've seen some YouTubers use that and it looks very cool. Sadly, I was unable to find such thing on the internet, only found a really old 1.4.7 texture pack (I'm using 1.8.9). Could someone please help me?

What I would do is just make it yourself. Just use your favorite Minecraft resource pack for that version. Within the texture files, each bow charging level has an independent image. Just plug them into https://www.imgonline.com.ua/eng/replace-color.php

Quite often, in order to get such things to change, i.e. different mobs, different colours, etc. ....... you need to include optifine in your mods as well as the texture pack. Find optifine here :
