Chat every time a break a block

Every time I break a block, something shows up in chat. This is displayed in the log:
17:21:10.703 [17:21:10] [Client thread/INFO] [minecraft/GuiNewChat]: [CHAT] BlockPos{x=243, y=59, z=312} Block ???18
"breaking the 18th block since entering the world"
Does anybody know which mod caused this? I would like to DELETE IT.
As an alternative, if it's possible, someone could tell me how to dispel it from chat. That would actually be better.
