Chest shop plugin HELP!!!

I have gotten the chest shop plugin and iconomy but when people try to buy from the shop it says this sign is locked. I know its has something to do with essentials protect but i cant figure out the problems

What's the ip can I look at it? Make sure the sign isn't on a diamond or gold block or anything like that too
