Chestshop Is being -snip-

Ok so i was testing out chestshop and i couldnt figure out why it didnt create the shop i oped me and i had all perms. i op one of my players and he could create a chestshop i got my alt and it couldnt create a chestshop is there any reasons why this is happening? And i know i was doing it write it just doesnt do anything after i create it i really dont know why ;l
