I can't figure out this problem I make and admin shop then when I try to use it it say: You can't buy/sell here! I tried adding: ChestShop.shop.buy/sell but still nothing anyone know how to fix this?

Yep Make sure in you permissions it all awesome looking and add
-ChestShop.shop.*
What this will do will add the perms for your users (Depending on what you want ofcourse) ---
-ChestShop.shop.create
-ChestShop.shop.sell
-ChestShop.shop.Buy
-ChestShop.shop.*
