CHESTSHOP WONT SELL!!!!!

]Hi I have been runnng my minecraft server for quite a lont time and im pretty sure my chestshop was working but not it wont work properly it will let players buy things and woont let them sell things and i have the permissions set up properly and everything but idk why it wont work and also it sais something weird when someone buys something it sais you bought %amount iron ingot for 6.00$ if u were buying iron ingot is has like %amount and that is sort of weird so i dont know why it wont let players sell anything the permissions are right and i can buy and sell stuff but they cant please help me ill put an image of all my plugins!
