Chunk Error Hell - Fabric Server [Need a fix]

I've made a modded fabric server for about two dozen friends and myself to play on, and this is the second time I've had this happen to a map.
I generated the map in single player using all the same mods used by the server to ensure compatibility, and in my single-player game the map looks perfect, chunks are where they should be, and everything is fine. As soon as I move the map over to the server, "Chunk Error Hell" occurs where a large portion of the map gets jumbled and switched around, looking similair to the farlands but much closer to spawn. This is the second time I've experienced it on a server world I've hosted and it's repeatedly happened close to spawn, and to the right portion of the map.
Are there any known fixes for this? Any known causes? All of the resources I've found online are wildly outdated. I'm playing on 1.19.2, and I'd really like to not scrap this world, we've defeated the dragon and everyone is doing some pretty great builds. Everyone has avoided chunk error hell specifically because we're looking for a way to fix it.
