Chunk genreating issue

Hey guys!
On my server we are getting chunk generating issues in the space of about 50 chunks there is about 35 different biomes and cliffs that just randomly drop I cant clearly see it is not right but how can I fix this problem there is no way I could make a server public with this issue. Thanks bye

My suggestion is save what ever buildings you have as a schematic with world edit, then create a new world with a new seed. Its the only way I can think of removing world chunk errors quickly.
Then again you could spend a few hours with world edit and clean it up manually,
Its really your choice.
