Chunks Loaded 0?!?!

sometimes everyone freezes around me for normaly 15 seconds after that everyone starts moving around and im like What the.. I look at F3 and It happens when it says Chunks Loaded 0 Help?

Since 1.7 was released only days ago, there are a lot of bugs. They should be fixed soon though

I does this with me too, sometimes.. I don't know what causes it, or how to fix it, though thinking about it it could just be lag..? Meh. Hope you can find out how to fix it x3
