Citizen 2 Plugin Help!

Hey all,

So recently I decided to download the Citizen 2 plugin because its features fit my needs perfectly. I downloaded the latest version, restarted my server and tried to type in one of the commands. Specifically /npc create [user], no npc appeared however it kept asking me. "Did you mean: /npc path". This same error occurred every time that I typed in a command. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
