Citizens broken 1.6.2

Citizens appears to be broken with bukkit 1.6.2. Is this the same with you guys or is it just me?
Things that happen:
- When I type /pl (/plugins) Citizens appears to be red
- All of the NPCs aren't there anymore

Well looks like you are just gonna have to pay people to become your citizens

It seems the dev build (2.0.9) does not work with 1.6.2. I don't think theres a build for 1.6.2 yet. There probably will be soon.
If its in RED then its outdated.
