Ok I got citizens 2 at http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/citizens and when I create a npc it says "Please report this error: [See console] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/server/v1_8_R1/Packet" in the &c color (bright red) Please help!

Are you using the right version of citizens on your server? It is Bukkit or Spigot. Contact me

What does the console say? I think that is either a plugin conflict or version problem...

Might be a conflict with another plugin, not sure.
