Cod infected plugin

Hi all im seeing allot of people running these cod infected servers does anyone what the most stable plugin is for infected i found one here http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/infected-core/ which looks good just waiting now on the 1.6.4 version, does anyone use this or have used this or know of another infected plugin that would be as good if not better.

Also i might need some help setting it up so if anyone knows any good tutorials or wishes to help that would help too
