Everybody who gets that message should check if Minecraft.net is up, when not thats the reason i just wanted to play on my Server and it gave that message !!!! NOTCH WHATS HAPPENING TO MINECRAFT.NET ????

maybe hes installing the new update and editing the website for 1.8
Yeah that always sucks, i tend to wait until Bukkit have updated, before updating my minecraft, that way any of my server players who haven't updated their game can still connect, without having to wait for bukkit to update.
Yeah, the only annoying thing about updates is that you have to update your Plugins for Bukkit But iam looking forward to NPC Villages and Enderman
