Coding a bukkit plugin

I've already learned the Java language but now I'm a bit confused on what to download other than JDK and eclipse. i think i need the 1.8 Bukkit API but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what else i need?

Any server jar using bukkit (such as spigot etc.) will do (alternatively you can use a dependency manager). I would recommend searching for a video tutorial on YouTube, there are a few showing how to set everything up.
