[MAC] Colored Minecraft Signs

Hi!, I have a minecraft server and a Mac And PC when i was using my PC i can see colred signs but on my mac i cant i dont use my PC because i use it as my server and i decided to try a mac is there any mod/fix to fix this problem i mean its not a big deal but it is annoying.
