Coloured Tab List Plugin [|Please Help!|]

So, I've owned my own server for a while now, and a friend told me about this really cool looking tab list with colors on it, so I asked him what the plugin was, he didn't know colored names when you press tab, I've looked everywhere but sadly I cannot even find it. I'd like to know what the name of the plugin is and if it's possible for it to change based on the players rank. Could someone please tell me what plugin this is, or how to do this? Videos, Pictures, etc would be great thank you in Advanced!
