In 1.8, or the latest snapshots, whenever i right click the command block, the interface just does not open! Please help!!!!!

Try 1.8.1 Pre-Releases. They fix loads of bugs. It might just be lag, however.
It never lagged in 1.8 for me, and I play on snapshots/ pre-releases the day the come out. I wrote a tutorial on how to access snapshots, and what they are. Microsoft literally fixed over 100 bugs in the pre releases!

As far as things go, stick to 1.7. However I do see you're using command blocks, which probably means you want 1.8 commands. I'd advise you wait until a better patch is released.
Play the 1.8.1 snapshots instead of waiting for the release. That's what I do.

Give it a few minutes. Sometimes, minecraft just has to "grind some gears", and load the gui. (Lag does this.) If you wait a few minutes and it does not load, I'd request a list of your mods. Thanks.
