[HELP] Command Blocking

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to block the command /ess or /mv from default users, for I am trying to make it so they can't tell what my plugins are with commands. A simple plugin link or something would be greatly appreciated.

If you're using PEX or similar, you could use the permission node negative
-bukkit.command.plugins
