Command blocks

I made a map for a friend. All my command blocks were working but the next day they stopped working. I replace all the command blocks and still none of them will work. I do not know how to fix it with out making a new world.

I've had command blocks bug out when put on "always active" mode and just stop running for some reason. To fix it I had to put them on "need redstone" and power them with a lever or something. Then I could switch them back to "always active" and they would start working normally again. Not really sure what to tell you based on the vague post.
1. Execute commands don't work without permission
2. If it's a server, make sure command blocks are enabled
3. Try using same version as you did (1.12 and 1.13 has other syntax's)
4. Try restarting ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
5. Make sure redstone works
6. Check nicknames in command blocks (if any)
