Short story: I want to use SingleplayerCommands, Zombe's Modpack and TooManyItems, but while patching with MCPatcher an error occurs that some files will be overwritten. What is the problem here?

Long story:
Hey guys,
I want to reinstall my minecraft because I have some problems with WorldEdit. For some reason the axe doesn't set coordinates anymore. In the past it already just worked sometimes, but now it doesn't work anymore at all. The other WorldEdit-functions work properly, it's just setting the coordinates. If you know what to do at this point, it would be great. Otherwise, continue reading.

Now I saved my old .minecraft somewhere else and redownloaded the version 1.3.2.
As normally I deleted the META-INF folder and added my texture pack and my world save.

Then I proceeded with installing some mods using the MCPatcher.
The mods are ModLoader, Singleplayer Commands, Zombe's Pack and TooManyItems. All mods as well as the MCPatcher are the correct versions for minecraft 1.3.2.

I added all mods with the +Button and startet patching. I only patched the several class files with MCPatcher and added the WorldEdit.jar and the zombe-configs manually, but I think this should be correct.

But while patching an error occures, that there are conflicts between the mods, because there are similar class-files, so MCPatcher overwrites some class-files.
I think that there has to be a solution for this, because I looked the compability up, and it says that these mods can be used together. But why is there an error then?

The result is, my renderdistance is toggled on "far" and the clouds are "toggled" on "on". And even if I change it, it resets itself. Also WorldEdit still doesn't work.

Well, this is a long text, but if any possible solution comes to your mind, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

Noone? It's simply about why does MCPatcher tell me that SingleplayerCommands, Zombe's and TooManyItems can't go together although they are widely used together?

Because my individual texture pack is for 1.3.2 and I don't know anymore where I got the different textures from to create a new texture pack.
Apart from that, I think that the problem is only because of the mods, not because of the mc-version.
