Problem with my tekkit server

Hey, Im Head-Admin on a server and the owner has gone away for a week so I'm in charge,
And everyone was playing them I had to turn the server off and do some Updates and put the server up and it worked then it went all crazy and it now dosnt let anyone connect it keeps saying Connection Error and I also have access to the console and logs I was looking through the logs and I found this could someone look at this I found this error stuff I don't understand it could someone read it please
