Connectivity
I have started a small server, just to build with my friends, but there is so much network lag. I cannot say anything and the people on my screen just stand around, doing nothing. Please help me out!

If your FPS lowers it means it's something wrong with your connection or not good enough computer. if you have "Essentials" installed I would recommend you to type /gc in game to see the Server TPS which stands for Ticks Per Second.
If that's 18-20 then there is no problem with the server at all. That means it runs very smooth and have a very small risk of getting lag.
Although the FPS lag is client side, so either yoru computer or your internet connection.
Nothing to do with the other players connections side this problem is client side ONLY!

Contact your host, because it either their connection, or your personal connection.
My fps is around 50~70, is it my wifi problem? because I can connect to all other servers fine. I payed for this server on MCprohosting
