Console errors - Uploading new server

So I uploaded an old server into my FTP, and this console error popped up. The server is able to be logged onto, but on the console, the 'restarting' symbol is present. Maybe this is something not to worry about, but I also am having difficulty uploading a world. If you could leave me your skype contact to help out, that'd be great.
