I'm running a server and suddenly without warning, everyone gets kicked and banned from the server, and no matter what i try, console kicks everyone who tries to join the server because they're aparently banned, even after i unban through console and have even deleted the banned players and ip's.
Every time it happens it gives this message:
[Multicraft] Kicking banned player Waplax
[Server] INFO CONSOLE issued server command: /kick Waplax
[Disconnect] User Waplax has disconnected, reason: Kicked from server.
[Server] INFO Waplax left the game
[Server] INFO Player Console kicked Waplax for Kicked from server..
For some reason this is all the info i get when a player is banned/Kicked by console, which frustrates me quite a lot, and i hope someone have some idea of what is wrong and possibly a fix for it as well.

Plugin list and generally more information about your server, as by itself right now there isn't much to go on.
1. Who has access to the console apart from you, and how much do you trust them? Remember some irritated staff members can try to mess up your server (one abusive owner I had to deal with almost had me mess up their server).
2. Have you checked any on-join-commands plugin? That could be something.
3. From what I can tell, you use MultiCraft MCPH. If you go into FTP File Access, change it so that files go in order of dates modified (newest to oldest) and find a file modified that you didn't change, you should be able to locate the issue.
It's vague but it's something... sorry if it seems confusing, my brain exploded everywhere earlier today and I'm still jumbled up.

looks like, either a plugin is taking over the console, or some 1 else is using the console if your not
Did not install anything recently, been 3 days since i even looked in configs and such for the server, and then BAM, no one is able to join no matter what i've tried, not even myself.. And i don't have whitelist turned on, no.. I searched for fixes to people not being able to join servers, tried this and that, but no one have encountered this before that i've been able to find :/
Just guessing here, but did you install any recent plugins or enable white-listing?
