Converting MCEdit Schematic into world save?

So i just downloaded a glassdome base, how do I turn in it into a map file?


I woulf perfer not to download anything else xD

Sorry, you have to download something. MCEdit.
Download that and use the crane picture at the bottom to import it into a world.
