I have some one copying my stuff. I was wondering is it possible to get them banned/booted? I spent hours making them and feel that they don't deserve credit.

Report the posts that are stolen. Chewing them out yourself isn't going to do a thing.
Please, please, please do this. Skins and other uploads aren't my jurisdiction, but the site mods would be more than happy to help should you report them stolen. If this user has more than one skin that is stolen from you, note in the report that a site mod should look at all this users submisions. That way you don't have to report them all individually.
