I'm op on a small personal server with some online friends. Just to sum up the issues, there's a lot of fighting that always involves certain people. It's jealousy of better builds, better gear, more stuff, more money, etc. People have used exploits with our iConomy system to get rich fast, while others like myself have taken the time to get money legit.
Basically what I'm asking is... should I suggest to my friends we get a hard reset on the server when 1.5 comes out? New world, reset balances, fix all economy issues, etc. We'd use WorldEdit to save the spawn of course (it just got finished xD). Now, people are VERY built up, and have done a lot of stuff so far. Full out castles with iron farms from iron golems spawning in villages, full automated farms, villages, dragon egg in many houses (we spawn an enderdragon in the end upon request, it's not cool to let only one fight it), enderman farms, even a few gold farms from pigmen in the nether. Many people have multiple houses, nice armor, big forts. There's a 3 discovered mooshroom biomes even.
Should I dare suggest this? I'm hoping a fresh start would provoke a more friendly environment. We are supposed to be a very team based, friendly server, but there's lots of war and rivalries. Please, help.

Holy sunofabitch. You let your server develop really far. Most servers ban Iron/Gold farms....... I would recommend you do too. And yes, you badly need a reset.
Yeah. Try telling them how you feel and that you think the server should be reset.
