Could someone please make a vanilla server

I am trying to make a windows vanilla server. But my computer is really old.
So i was wondering if someone could generate all the server files and put them in a file then email it to me.
It needs to be a Windows server.

I could but it wouldent be 24/7 hours would be 4:30 - 10:30 maybe 11:30 at weekends.
