Countdown and Time Count Plugin Needed : With Credit!

Hey guys! I am in need of a Plugin that first starts a countdown and at the end executes a command(say Game Starting Now) Then I want it to start a stopwatch. This stopwatch will count up until it reaches however many minutes, then say __ MINUTE MARK. Then it will count and reach the next minute and say __ Minute mark. Please make it so the amount of minutes in between is equal. So if its 15 mins. It would be 15 minutes, then 30 minute mark, then 45 minute mark and so on so on.
