when i start mc the cpu usage goes to 100 and the fans ramp up alot, im on java and i have a decent pc, anyone know a fix?

All games use 100% CPU when starting wait for sometime and it will get better

just. throw optifine and forge to the trash, and give a welcome to FABRIC, is a lighter mod loader than forge. i recommend you using the modpack FABULOSLY OPTIMIZED, it is on curseforge. and if you need any help with intalling mods just go to youtube "how to install fabric".
