Craftbukkit.jar snapshot is only visible in task manager?

i have the craftbukkit.jar snapshot, and i have a server running fine, but i would kinda like to see the actual window it opens. because when i open craftbukkit.jar, you can see the process from task manager, but it doesnt open an actual window, how do i fix this? when i download regular minecraft server software, it opens up an actual window... please help! thanks
