Crash because jar file extracted.

I tried to load Minecraft Forge 1.7.2 but the launcher kept on crashing.

I looked at the crash report and it said FML has discovered extracted jar files in the mods directory. This breaks mod loading functionality completely. Remove the directories and replace with the jar files originally provided.

I don't know what i have to do to fix this. I looked at other Threads but still don't understand.

Plz help. :)
