Any Help?

It's a problem with your GPU, it can't start minecraft. Your specs say you're using integrated graphics. Your PC specs say that you're using WDDM drivers (Windows downloaded them, which means you probably reset your PC recently). I've had this problem on a friends PC, and it should be an easy fix.
In theory, go and download https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/17409/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-for-Windows-Vista-64-exe-?product=81519 (I know it says Vista, as far as I remember you need these drivers for win10).
Try that.

Oh, Thank you so much! I have been trying to fix this for about a month now! Now I can continue moderating my minigame server, (Which is now just an explosion hole ) Thank you so much for the help!
A while back I acquired a Dell Optiplex GX520 and I got a similar, if not identical, error. Now if I remember correctly it could be caused by the lack of a gpu or integrated graphics not being modern enough for minecraft ( yeah I know I just said that one of the least graphically intense games still needs modern-ish graphics ). Although I could be wrong. Defiantly try updating your graphics drivers in device manager by opening device manager >>> Display adapters >> Update.
backup, uninstall MC, delete MC folder, uninstall java, install java again (or check if you have latest java version), install fresh copy of MC
I've had the same problem and recently found the answer. Nvidia dropped a new graphics driver yesterday. Dinnerbone confirmed that the update messed up minecraft. So I decided to downgrade my graphics card to a version before yesterday. I did it and what do you know it works. I'd recommend downgrading your graphics card until the next update comes out.
