When a certain player joins my server it immediately crashes.
Is this player glitched? or is there something wrong with my server?
I've known him to be on a different server with me and it doesnt crash.

Is he a trusted player? Because if not he could be using hacks or he could be causing corrupted chunks. Try deleting his file in that world and then telling him to come back on.

He is my cousins i know him in real life, he doesn't know how to install hacks at all.
He is co-owner+ on the server
He does use mods sometimes but nothing else does it.

Ask him did he fly into end world with creative?

Just delete his playerdata and change bukkit or get a modified bukkit.
