I am, and have been creating a giant city server called Inglewood.
I am trying to make it a GTA based server, so far there's Houses and apartments to buy, clothes stores, food and weapon stores, cars (which has stopped working), bounty's... Well the rest is at the link above.
But what I have really came to ask, would I be able to claim the whole city as a faction warzone? And players will be able to pay ingame cash to be given God mode (Passive Mode), which they can't kill, or be killed.
