We are looking for some custom made plugins
We don't know how many plugins we yet are looking for but if you know

If you're searching for a professional plugin developer, they don't come cheap. If you absolutely need a custom plugin, be prepared to pay a bit for it.
If you want a simple custom plugin you can try using Skript. You don't need any java knowledge; however, it is not capable of doing things other plugins can do, but it can do basic event/conditions/effects. There are variables, and stuff, so it depends on what you're needing.
