Creative World help!

Hi I have a server that is mostly survival. I added PlotMe So people could go into creative and build. But they keep the same inventory so they just go into PlotWorld, fill up there inventory and go to survival. How do I make it so that The inventory's will stay the same in all my other worlds, but they get a separate inventory for the PlotWorld?
