Custom IP?

How can I get a custom ip on a hosted server not from me like I bought a server from a hosting company like beastnode for example. How would I be able to get a custom ip? Something similar to that no-ip, er .tk. Thanks in advance!

May i also include that the microsoft person was not very useful. What SuzyKim said was right,
Get a domain, add an A Record to a subdomain or wherever you'd like(For example: mc.example.com, play.example.com, etc), with the IP of your server. If you don't have a default port use a SRV record.
