So this seems to happen wit all my skies, bur for this one its especially noticeable for some reason. If i look at anything like a star, or character in the sky, it does this weird vibrating/ flickering thing. The link below is a quick clip of his, full screen it when you watch. It's not a video defect or problem, that what i actually see in game, imgur lowers the res. I have literally no idea why this happens. It seems to take the color of an area of group of the same colored pixels, then flash it right beside the image really quickly. I do use lunar client with time changer at night, could that be the problem?

I have a few ideas:
If you are gonna use a custom sky, remember to disable sky, (in details,) enable sun and moon, (in details,) and enable custom sky, (in quality.) This will fix a few bugs that Optifine has.
Another thing is; if you're using mods/a client you could try disabling "time changer."
Try using other custom sky's to see if they are broken too.
In "other" settings, you should find "time," if it's not already set to default, I would recommend it because it can fix a few sky issues.
That's all my tips! Sorry if it didn't help and/or you already solved this.
