Custom Nether Portals
Hello, I am wondering what plugin or set of plugins would be needed to do the following:
Make a Nether portal with a custom shape and size.
Send the player to another world in the server (MultiWorld)
Bring up an inventory GUI so the player can select which world to go to.
I see these things used on a regular basis on popular servers, so I am sure they can be done.

I have used that version on a 1.7.2 server. It should be find...if not...hire a private plugin developer.

Netherportals (as of 1.7) can be up to 200 blocks by 200 blocks. Before you needed something like AncientGates. However, for world to world Teleportation. Use Multiverse-Core and Multiverse-Portals (BOTH). For the compass GUI (Which is what I am guessing you want) you will need something like CompassNavigation with CustomJoinItems.

Thanks, that's really helpful, I will be sure to use those! Only problem now is I still don't understand how some servers like us.playmindcrack.com have portals with no obsidian boarder and custom shapes...
