Custom Skins Won't Load...

So a big problem I've been having lately is that all custom skins won't load. I googled it and went to another Minecraft forum that had an answer. I tried that and it still wasn't working. It says the skin is loaded on both minecraft.net and Minecraft launcher. Any advice on what to do
