Datapack tick.json not working.

I'm creating a datapack and I can't seem to get the tick.json to work. Here is my datapack:

In the tags folder in the minecraft folder, you need to make a new folder called "functions' then place the tick.json tags in there

You have minecraft/tags/tick.json you need minecraft/tags/functions/tick.json
