so when i drop my datapacks on minecraft java they dont work they did before now they just dont work i really hope someone has a good solution that works i really wanna use datapacks also please dont say just play minecraft regular please give me solutions to my problem not anything dumb PLEASE help me with this

What version are you using and what version are your datapacks?
Datapacks now require you to state what version the datapack is for in the mc.meta
