Hey I've been having some problems with my minecraft lately, whenever I die on a server or a singleplayer world, my MC decides to crash, and every time I try to rejoin the server/world it crashes. I always have to force update my minecraft to get it to start working again, so far the only mods I use right now are Rei's Minimap and TooManyItems, but those have never given me troubles in the past.

Rei's and TMI are probably interfering... More likely a TMI problem. Anyways... Update minecraft and I'm 99% sure that will fix it.
Eep, check the crash reports very carefully, (if they don't show up ingame, you can find them in .minecraft) can you maybe post one on here?
Try deleting the whole .minecraft, Sometimes old config files from mods can get in the way and make this happen.
Don't forget to save your saves, texture packs and other stuff you need before deleting .minecraft!
